Minato City has been trialing dog run facilities in Shibaura Chuo Park. From April 2nd onward, the City will operate a full-scale service of dog run facilities.
Please register for the service in order to use the facility after its opening on April 2nd.
For registration, please bring your dog’s dog tag and certificate of rabies shot. It is necessary to have both of these items for registration.
Registration should be made per dog. You may register more than once if you have more than one dog.
A list of dog run facilities, operating hours, and places for registration are as follows.

Location of Dog Run Facilities

Shibaura Chuo Park

Operating Hours: Everyday except during the end of the
year and beginning of the year holidays. 7am-5pm（October-April）, 6am-7pm（May-September）.

Konan Ryokusui Park

Operation Hours: Everyday. 7am-7pm

Registration at City Office

Only City Regional Offices accept registration applications before April 2, 2012

Starting from April 2, 2012
Registration Hours: 9:30am-4:30pm, Everyday except during the end of the year and beginning of the year holidays.

-KonanRyokusui Park Office

Registration Hours: 9:30am-4:30pm, Everyday.

You can register at any of the sites above to have access to all the facilities. As long as you are registered, you can access both parks.
